Questions, answered
Everything you need before choosing a plan.
Straightforward details about licenses, privacy, compatibility, and refunds.
A VPN hides your public IP and changes your network route. Private browsing limits saved history and starts a temporary cookie session. Neither normally changes the Web Audio characteristics exposed by the same browser and device. SoundPrint Guard protects that separate layer; it complements both tools and does not replace a VPN.
It is designed for privacy-conscious browser users; agencies, commerce operations, and QA teams using authorized separate profiles; and security, legal, journalism, or research professionals visiting unfamiliar sites. It protects Web Audio identity separation, not complete device anonymity or account-ban evasion. Read the complete use-case guide.
Free uses one consistent baseline profile. Pro derives a separate stable soundprint for every registrable domain and adds site rotation, a global identity reset, domain exceptions, and the deep activity inspector.
Monthly offers the most flexibility. Annual provides the lowest recurring price. Lifetime is a one-time individual purchase with no subscription; all three include the same core Pro protection.
Business is billed annually per user. Seats 1–9 are $29.99 each per year, 10–49 are $24.99, 50–249 are $19.99, and organizations with 250 or more seats receive custom pricing.
No. Business is annual because seat administration, browser compatibility updates, deployment guidance, and team support are ongoing services.
No audible change is expected. Perturbations are micro-bounded and applied to fingerprint readback data rather than standard speaker output.
Online activation sends the license key and a random device token to validate seat availability. Browsing history, visited domains, and audio fingerprint values are never included.
Yes. Sign in to the customer portal, revoke the old device activation, then activate the same key on the new device.
You can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Contact support with your order reference and the team will help.
