1. Agreement to these terms
By installing, downloading, purchasing, or using SoundPrint Guard, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the extension, website, customer portal, or licensing service.
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.
2. License grants
Subject to these terms, SoundPrint Guard grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software according to your plan.
- Free: may be used for lawful personal, academic, or commercial browsing.
- Pro Monthly: enables Pro features for one active device during each paid monthly subscription term.
- Pro Annual: enables the same Pro feature set for one active device during each paid annual subscription term.
- Pro Lifetime: enables Pro features for one active device or browser profile for the supported life of the SoundPrint Guard product. It is not a promise that the product or every browser integration will be maintained indefinitely.
- Business: provides seat-based Pro protection for the number of seats purchased during the annual subscription term. Business is not available as a lifetime license.
A license key may not be resold, publicly shared, or used beyond its stated device or seat limit.
3. Acceptable use
Use SoundPrint Guard only for lawful privacy and security purposes. You may not use the service to facilitate fraud, malicious automation, unauthorized access, or abuse of another service. You may not circumvent license validation, interfere with the licensing service, or redistribute paid keys without authorization.
4. Payments, renewals, and refunds
Prices and billing periods are shown before checkout. Lifetime plans are charged once. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew at the displayed interval unless canceled before the next billing date. Stripe subscription customers can cancel through the customer portal; other billing requests can be sent to support. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
You may request a full refund of your first purchase or first subscription charge within 30 days by contacting support@soundprintguard.com with the order reference. This policy does not limit statutory consumer rights that apply in your location.
5. Disclaimers and liability
SoundPrint Guard is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Browser platforms and third-party websites change over time, so uninterrupted compatibility cannot be guaranteed.
SoundPrint Guard addresses Web Audio fingerprinting. It does not claim to prevent all tracking, identify every fingerprinting technique, conceal network identity, or provide anonymity. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoundPrint Guard is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the product.
6. Service and terms changes
Features may change to follow browser platform requirements, improve security, or maintain compatibility. Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page with a revised date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
